This is an early 20th century town house in Hammersmith, London, England.



Prior to starting. No access at rear. All material had to be carried through property 103k - The kitchen
99k - The hole in the wall

Steel RSJ a 2 with plate welded to top to support upper storeys. Bottom of property with solid 13 inch brickwork upper 9 inch solid. Hence 2 steels and plate.

Props are able to support upper storeys whilst steel positioned. Due to room height we do not need to punch up through ceiling and upper floorboards to allow for steel needles through upper room wall. 100k - The new roof is on!

Conservatory being installed between two new brick walls using reclaimed London Stock bricks.

Lead work treated with patination oil to ensure no oxidation and streaking on glass. Rainwater pipe re-sited.

Window and door furniture - brass as standard. 99k - Starting on the floor

New radiators to heat and electrics installed. Interior walls plastered and old kitchen window removed.
